How do I determine my ring size?
We know how important it is to get the right jewelry for your finger. Our ring size chart is available on each product page and can be found visiting our Ring Size Chart page.
Where are Alva products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in different locations depending on the collections, highlighting the work of people all around the world. We make sure to carefully select our partners to provide with the best stainless still and gold at the best cost for you.

What is our return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can find our full Refund policy here.

How can I track my order?
You can directly track your order through our tracking page as soon as it is sent.
Additionally, all our orders are sent with a tracking code through our trusted partners. They will email you and send you an SMS with the expected package delivery date to make sure you can be present for the delivery.
When will I get my order?
Our orders are received between 4 and 10 days. If your order has still not arrived after 10 days, please contact us at contact@alva-jewelry.com to receive assistance.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team aims to ship all orders on the next business day. If you find an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@alva-jewelry.com for assistance.
If the order has shipped already and your shipping address is wrong, you might still change your address with the transporter directly. If one of the product is wrong, you will be able to return it on reception for an exchange or refund.
